Returning goods to the Kokosha store is possible within 14 days after receiving the parcel. Items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. Items must be returned in the original packaging (including tags, boxes and bags). Please avoid wearing makeup, perfume or deodorant when trying on clothing as we will not be able to accept returns with marks or odors on the item(s). In the event that your parcel is damaged, you must report such damage to the courier upon arrival. When returning a parcel, the goods must be declared as returned goods; the value does not need to be declared. Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling charges and they are not refundable.
