Sending your goods
1. Pickup in Tbilisi is possible by pre-order during business hours at the store at: 80, Vasil Barnova str.
2. Delivery in Tbilisi is carried out by a courier company upon advance payment of the ordered goods, the delivery cost is free.
3. Delivery within Georgia is carried out by Georgian Post upon advance payment of the ordered goods, delivery costs are free.
4. International delivery:
Items are shipped 2 days after payment is received and are shipped via UPS with package location and shipment tracking, no signature required. If you choose to ship via UPS Extra with mandatory signature, you will be charged an additional fee. Before choosing a shipping method, please contact us. Regardless of the payment method you choose, you will be able to track the status of your order online.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling costs are fixed while shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the package. We advise you to combine orders. We will not be able to combine two separate orders and shipping will be calculated for each of them. Sending the goods will be your responsibility, but we will take care of the safety of fragile goods.
